AUTONOMOUS MARS ROVER

This project is from CprE 288 course I took at Iowa Sate University. We learned embedded system from the beginning for a whole semester. We used a TI’s LaunchPad (EK-TM4C123GXL) with a ARM Cortex-M4 controller to control a home cleaning robot.
There is a big area that had a lot of obstacles, and we need to find the goal region as soon as possible without hit any obstacles, and the goal region is surrounded by four small pillars. There are two ways we can choose to reach the goal. First manually control without looking at the robot. Second, fully autonomous. My group used the second way to reach the goal, and we were the fastest group to reach the goal.
